Delivery and Pickup

An approximate delivery time is available through our delivery department. (A time window is approximate due to road conditions and unexpected delays beyond our control.) If a delivery date is not set up at the time of sale, you will be contacted when your furniture is available, and a delivery date will be confirmed.

  •  All merchandise must be paid prior to delivery.
  • As professionals, we do our very best to take every care possible when delivering furniture to your home. For the safety of our delivery personnel and your furniture, we ask that you ensure that all walkways and entranceways to your home are clear prior to our delivery. Our delivery staff has the obligation to postpone delivery due to unsafe conditions based on their judgment.
  • As you are aware, many home designs do not take into account the difficulty of furniture delivery. On a rare occasion, if a piece of furniture is a tight fit, the delivery department may ask you to approve our attempt to fit your furniture and sign a waiver. With that understanding, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages resulting from deliveries made to locations that are not equipped to accept such items. This includes narrow doorways, hallways and entryways. We trust you will understand and appreciate these conditions.



You may choose to pick up your purchase and take it home with you using your own resources. 

All customer pickups require an appointment in order to help ensure the highest service to you, our valued customers. As a result, we will ask that you give us (1) days notice to ready your purchase for pickup.

In order to schedule an appointment, please contact our customer service department at 770.253.4040. We will gladly have your merchandise ready for the scheduled pick-up.

Please come prepared with the materials needed to load your purchase safely in your vehicle. Bring blankets and rope as we do not supply either of those items. Our service department will assist you in loading your purchase; however we are not permitted to tie down your goods. If, at your request, we assist in the loading of your merchandise, we can not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle incurred in the loading of your merchandise. Damage incurred by customer's own transportation is not warranted.

Ordering Process

Merchandise not in stock for immediate delivery will be ordered from the manufacturer with a tentative delivery date which represents the past history of delivery from that vendor. Changes in delivery dates will be subject to availability of stock and scheduling restrictions. Arrival dates are agreed to in good faith; however, they are subject to availability from the manufacturer. In the case of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Special Orders

Special Orders are available for most product lines. Please be aware that all special orders which are not part of our normal program, require a down payment of 20% and are non-cancelable after being placed with the factory. Please ensure that your order is correct and represents your selections. There will be a 20% restocking fee on any returned special order product.

Payment Options

For credit payment options, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we offer a 90-day layaway plan. Credit terms are also available. We have several options to choose from. Please contact our customer service department for details.
